Yoga has been an anchor in my life, providing balance, strength, and a deep sense of connection—both to myself and to those around me. As a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT), I am passionate about creating accessible and intentional yoga experiences that meet students wherever they are in their journey. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to refine your practice, my goal is to guide you through movement and breath in a way that feels supportive and empowering.
I specialize in Vinyasa, Slow Flow, Stretch, and Partner Yoga, offering a variety of styles to suit different needs. My teaching is rooted in mindfulness, fluid movement, and a belief that yoga should be both challenging and nourishing. Beyond the physical practice, yoga is about creating space—space in the body, space in the mind, and space to connect with others. My mission is to hold that space for you, whether we meet in a studio, outdoors, or in a private session. I’d love to practice with you and support your journey, wherever it may lead.
